You must be at least 18 years old to use Tribes. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Please notify us immediately at support@tribes.network if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of the content you post on Tribes, including photos, projects, and moodboards. By posting content, you grant Tribes a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the app for the purpose of operating the service.
You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others. You agree not to harass, threaten, or impersonate other users. You agree not to use Tribes to spam, distribute malware, or engage in any activity that disrupts the service.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies, at our sole discretion.
The Tribes name, logo, and app design are our intellectual property. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
Tribes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tribes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of Tribes after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the applicable courts.
